It is contended that the writ petition which had been filed seeking to register a document which had been refused to be registered by the Sub Registrar, had been ordered by the learned Single Judge. According to the petitioner herein, he has an existing right/share in a portion of the property. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, there had been a mention about civil suit for partition in O.S.No.73 of 2022 and that an ex parte decree had been obtained in the said suit. It would only be appropriate that the petitioner is also afforded an opportunity of being heard. Leave is sought. 2. We have heard the learned counsel for the respondents also. 3. Leave is granted.
