It is noticed that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed on him by the Co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 18.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11514 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.973 of 2026, for the past 50 number of days promptly and without any deviation. 4. There is no denial on the part of the respondent to refute the same. 5. In view of the same and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and accordingly, the same is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Trial Court, once a month, on every first working Thursday of English calender month, at about 10.30 a.m.., until further orders.” 6.
