The prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is for issuing direction upon the respondents to consider the objection/claim of the petitioner and to pass appropriate order in accordance with law, which is pending before the District Land Acquisition Officer. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he had purchased the plot of Mauza Kudlaung, Anchal Nagri Khata No.104, Plot No.1240/part, Area 5.50 decimals and the same has been acquired for road, for which the petitioner had already objected, but the objection is kept pending. Thus, it is submitted that suffice it would be if direction be given to the District Land Acquisition Officer to pass an appropriate order and dispose of the case of the petitioner as early as possible. 4. Counsel appearing on behalf of the State does not oppose the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner and submits that if the objection 2026:JHHC:10666 2 application is still pending, the same will be disposed of. 5. Considering the same, I direct the petitioner to file a representation enclosing the copy of this order before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi within a period of three weeks after receipt of the copy of this order and after receiving of the same, the District Land Acquisition Officer will consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 10 weeks thereafter. 6.
