While deciding CRMP No.3767/2025 on 12.12.2025, the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court had directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within 3 months. By this letter, the trial Court has requested for grant of some more time for disposal of the case. 3. It transpires from the request letter that the statements of seven prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded, and the cross-examination of two witnesses remains pending. 4. The request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, a further period of three months is granted from the date of receipt of copy of this order to ensure the final disposal of the case. 5. The concerned Court is directed to make every endeavour to conclude the trial within this stipulated timeframe. Furthermore, the prosecution, Police Administration and the defence are directed to provide full co-operation in concluding the trial within the said period. 6. The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order forthwith to the concerned trial Court and the District Judge. 7.
