ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12377 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.966 of 2025 dated 17.03.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2. The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence and bail by order dated 17.03.2026 on conditions that the petitioner shall file an affidavit before the respondent police that he will not misuse this liberty and will not indulge in any further offence. Further, the petitioner was directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Amathur Police Station, Virudhunagar District, daily at 10.30 am and not to visit the occurrence village pending the appeal. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioner has filed an affidavit before the respondent Police and he is complying with the conditions since 29.03.2026 for the past 140 days without any deviation. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police has also confirmed the same. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that due to the above conviction and case, the petitioner has lost his employment and he is struggling hard for his bread. The petitioner also expresses much difficulty in complying with the said condition by staying at Virudhunagar as he belongs to Karur District. Therefore, the learned counsel prays for relaxing the said condition. 4. Considering the above circumstances and the period of compliance by the petitioner/appellant, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis The other conditions imposed in the order dated 17.03.2026 shall remain intact. 5.
