The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 802 of 2025 (S.T. No. 224 of 2025) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 111(1), 111(2)(b), 310(2), 310(5), 308(6), 308(7), 109, 61 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner attempted to commit murder of Salim Ansari by firing upon him in connection of demand of levy on behalf of PLFI extremist organization. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false and the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is then submitted that without holding any T.I. Parade, charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that so far, no witness has been examined and the petitioner is only involved in one case being Chandwa P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025 as has been mentioned in paragraph no.13 of the bail application and he is not involved in any other case. It is then submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 24.06.2025 as is evident from para-1 of the instant bail application. It is also submitted that the co-accused, with similar allegations, has already been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2026 passed in B.A. No. 951 of 2026. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the trial of the case and also undertakes not to annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 802 of 2025 (S.T. No. 224 of 2025) with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and he will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
