ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6440 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD).No.953 of 2025 dated 03.06.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2. The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence and bail by order dated 03.06.2026 on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruppur and report before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur South Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. The
learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the said condition since 08.06.2026 for the past 69 days. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police has also confirmed the same.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is the only son and he has to take care of his aged parents. Further, he is the only breadwinner of his family and he is not in a position to carry out his day-to-day avocation. Therefore, the learned counsel prays for relaxing the said condition.
4. Considering the above position and the period of compliance by the petitioner/appellant, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition and direct the petitioner/appellant to sign before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
