ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 7(iv) of the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.207 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD).No.7 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2. The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence and bail by order dated 15.04.2026 on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and appear before the Inspector of Police, K10 Police Station, Koyambedu, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and also file an affidavit before the respondent Police that he will not visit the occurrence place and not disturb the victim girl and her family members at any point of time. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioner has filed an affidavit before the respondent Police and he is complying with the conditions since 22.04.2026 for the past 110 days. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police has also confirmed the same. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further contended that now the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the said condition as he is a daily wager and he is not in a position to carry out his day-to-day avocation. Therefore, the learned counsel prays for relaxing the said condition. 4. Considering the above position and the period of compliance by the petitioner/appellant, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
