The petitioner’s grievance is that, though the application was filed on 09.07.2026, the first respondent has not taken any effective steps to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the same. 4. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s application would be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.
