2. Heard Mr.K.Swaminathan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
3. Considering the fact that the evidence has already been recorded by the learned Arbitrator, the matter is now at the stage of arguments putting the parties on terms. Hence, the following schedule is fixed for arguments: (I) The claimant shall conclude their oral and written arguments by 03.09.2026; (II) The respondent shall complete their arguments by 11.09.2026; (III) Rejoinder, if any, both the parties by 18.09.2026; and (IV) the learned Arbitrator is requested to dispose of the arbitration by passing an award on or before 16.10.2026.
