The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner trespassed into the house of the defact complainant and damaged the household articles causing damage to the value of Rs.1,00,000/- and also committed theft of two gas cylinders. Hence, the registration of the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 04.08.2026. He further submitted that the petitioner is innocent and no way connected with the offence and that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that due to the death of the father of accused persons by suicide, there was enmity, due to which, when the defacto complainant was in his house, the petitioner trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and caused damages to the household articles. He further submitted that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he strongly oppose for the grant of bail to the petitioner. 5. Considering the nature of the allegations, the fact that the investigation is at initial stage, and that the alleged occurrence took place only on 03.08.2026, this Court is of the view that it is too premature to consider the bail application at this stage.
