The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chakradharpur PS Case No.123 of 2025, for offence registered under section 115(2), 118(1), 189, 190, 191, 351(2), 352, 109(1),3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned SDJM, at Chakradharpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and there are case and counter case between the parties and altercation took place while emersion of idol and the fight has occurred between two groups. He next submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.9. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that altercation took place between two groups and injury has been received. 5. Considering that altercation took place while emersion of idol and the fight has occurred between two groups and both the sides have received the injury, and in that view of the matter, both the petitioners, above named, are, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioners, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
