The petitioner is serving as Beldar at IPH, Sub Division Kaza, District Lahaul & Spiti. Her case is that on completion of the requisite tenure at the aforesaid station and owing to certain adverse family circumstances, she preferred a representation on 25.08.2025, followed by a reminder dated 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-3 colly) to respondent No.3/competent authority seeking transfer to a place of her preference, but the aforesaid representations have not been considered and decided till date. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
