It is submitted by Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the report has been received from the Officer-in-charge, Baghbar Police Station and it is reported that no case has been registered against the present petitioner till date in the said police station. 3. In view of this, the present anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of and the interim order dated 20.03.2026, stands vacated. 4. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in the event of registering any case against him. 5.
