The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s application dated 06.07.2026 for migration of the route under the New Comprehensive Scheme. 3. The petitioner states that he is a Mini Bus Stage Carriage operator operating vehicle bearing Registration No.TCS 7005. He has a valid permit issued by the first respondent to operate on the route from Thekkalur Samathuvapuram to Avinashi Taluk Office via Sengalipalayam, Themmayampalayam, Murugampalayam, Thaneerpandal Palayam, AD Colony, Vengalpalayam, Panaipalayam, Royarpalayam, Nambiyarpalayam R.R. The petitioner has submitted an application seeking migration of the route under the New Comprehensive Scheme. The petitioner’s grievance is that the said application has not yet been considered. 5. The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s application would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court. 6. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner’s application dated 06.07.2026 on its own merits and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
