1. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer:-
"a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No.3 to renew / reissue the passport bearing Passport No. N1904025 having ARN No. 26-0072727497 (File No. LKE077939087826) of the Petitioner expeditiously within the stipulated period and hand over to the Petitioner."
2. It reveals from perusal of the records that after the petitioner submitted an application in this regard, the letter dated 05.08.2026 was written by the Regional Passport Office, Lucknow to the petitioner to report in person in his office within 30 days along with all the relevant documents.
3. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner that he will comply with the terms and conditions as mentioned in the letter dated 05.08.2026.
4. In this view of the matter and with the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to comply with the terms and conditions as mentioned in the letter dated 05.08.2026 and Respondent No.3 namely Regional Passport Officer, Passport Bhawan, Lucknow will pass appropriate order on the same, strictly in accordance with law as per law laid down in the case of Pawan Kumar Rajbhar Vs. Union of India and 2 Others, Supreme Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shashank Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) :
