No. 16610 of 2025 against the accused, Ms. Shaheena, Proprietrix of M/s. Shoe Mandi, and to secure and produce her before the learned trial court. 2. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a private complaint for an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and the trial court took cognizance of the same in S.T.C. No. 16610 of 2025. Thereafter, the trial court issued summons to the counter-party/accused to appear before the court. Due to the non-appearance of the accused, a Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against her, which is currently pending execution on the file of the third respondent. 3. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to execute the pending NBW issued in S.T.C.
