Learned High Court Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent.
2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025 with regard to the variation of condition of permit No.46/2006-07 (Annexure-C).
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for the respondent.
4. Learned HCGP submits that the representation so submitted shall be considered in accordance with law.
5. The grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if necessary directions are issued to the respondent. Accordingly, this Court pass the following:
ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of.
