Today, the matter is listed on recall application (MCC/2/2026) moved by petitioners/applicants to recall the order dated 1296 of 2026, whereby, the present writ petition was dismissed in-limine on the ground of being premature. 6. There is no objection from the side of respondents-State, therefore, for the reasons indicated in the affidavit filed in support of recall application (MCC/2/ 2026), the same is allowed. 7. The order dated 11.05.2026 is hereby recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number. 8. Heard on merits of the case. 9. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners against the notice dated 10.04.2026, whereby the petitioners were called upon to appear, before the Estate Officer of the respondent-Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, on 30.04.2026 along with evidence and relevant documents regarding their ownership and possession over the land in-question from 2026:UHC:4223 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon. 10. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that present matter is squarely covered with the judgment and order passed by this Court on 12.05.2026 in WPMS No.1315 of 2026 Naseem Ahmad and Others Vs. District Magistrate Udham Singh Nagar and others, and it can be decided in terms of the aforesaid judgment and order. 11. Learned counsel for respondents have no objection if the matter is decided in terms of the aforesaid judgment and order. 12. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment and order passed by this Court on 12.05.2026 in WPMS No.1315 of 2026 Naseem Ahmad and Others Vs. District Magistrate Udham Singh Nagar and others. Respondent no.3-Estate Officer, Farm, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Udham Singh Nagar is directed to consider the case of the petitioners as pointed out by them in their assertion/reply document and to decide their applications strictly, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today. 13.
