In the aforesaid circumstances, he submits that the suit proceedings may be adjudicated as early as possible and this Court may pass such direction with the further clarification that all the contentions are kept open and Court should not be influenced by any observation in the impugned order or disposal of these revisions. 3. All the submissions of learned advocate Mr. Dev D. Patel, since found germane, are accepted and accordingly, both the revisions are disposed of as not pressed. p. 1 4.
