Mr.G.Arun Showri, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused No.5 in Crime No.103 of 2023, dated 23.02.2023, on the file of Governorpet Police Station, Vijayawada, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 120(B) of IPC. He would further submit that, in respect of Accused No.3, this Court, by order dated 02.03.2023 in Criminal Petition No.1624 of 2023, directed the police to conduct the investigation without taking any coercive steps, including arrest. He would therefore requests this Court to pass a similar order in the present Criminal Petition. 3. Mr.G.Neelothpal, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Having regard to the submissions made and considering the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.1624 of 2023, the police concerned are directed to proceed with the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner herein/Accused No.5, including arrest, and to file the charge sheet before the competent Court having jurisdiction. 5.
