Quash the FIR in Crime No.0008/2025 registered by South East CEN Crime Police Station before 45th Addl. CMM Court, Bengaluru, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 314 and 316(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 R/W Section 66(D) and 72(A) of Information Technology Act 2000 (Produced as Annexure-A); b. To pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to pass in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard Sri.Vivek S, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. B Pushpalatha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1, Sri. During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties to the lis have settled the dispute among themselves and have filed a joint affidavit. The joint affidavit reads as follows: "We, Sri. Deepak Prabhakar, S/o Prabhakar, Aged about 40 years, Residing at # 103, Nilayashree Sankalpa Apartment, Padmanambha Nagar, Bengaluru 560061, and Balakrishnan S/o Janardhanan, aged about 35 years, Authorised Representative of Rewards 360 Global Services Private Limited, working as Senior Manager Operations, having office at Fortune Summit Business Park, Plot No. 244, 6th Floor,, west side, Hosur Main Road, Bengaluru 560068, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:- 1. We submit that we are aware of the facts and circumstances of the above petition and we are competent to swear to this affidavit. 2. We submit that, Balakrishnan S/o Janardhanan, aged about 35 years, Authorised Representative of Rewards 360 Global Services Private Limited, working as Senior Manager Operations had filed a complaint against Deepak Prabhakar, before the Southeast CEN Police Station under the Crime No.0008/2025 which culminated in Respondent No.1 alleged offences punishable under sections 314 and 316(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 R/W sections 66 (D) and 72 (A) of the Information Technology Act 2000. 3. We submit that, we have come to a conclusion to resolve the entire disputes between ourselves, unconditionally. 04. We have settled and amicably resolved the dispute as against each other, no useful purpose is likely to be served to continue with the proceedings of the aforesaid case, hence the present petition. WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Quash the FIR in Crime No.0008/2025 registered by South East CEN Crime Police Station before 45th Addl. CMM Court, Bengaluru, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 314 and 316(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 R/W sections 66 (D) and 72 (A) of the Information Technology Act 2000; We the Deponents do hereby declare that what is stated above is true and correct to the best of our knowledge, belief and information and the signatures found in this affidavit are our own;" 4. The parties to the lis are present before this Court and are identified by their respective counsels. 5. In the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties, I deem it appropriate to accept the joint affidavit and close the proceedings against the petitioner in the subject petition. 6.
