Heard Shri Nitin Sharma, learned Counsel for the revisionists, Shri Deepak Dubey, learned Counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. on behalf of the State. 2. This criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 19.12.2025 passed by the Additional Session Judge, Court No.1, Meerut in Session Trial No.134 of 2022 (Session Case No.168 of 2022) arising out of Case Crime No.439 of 2021 under Sections- 147, 149, 302/34, 307, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Mawana, District-Meerut. 3. By the impugned order the discharge application filed on behalf of the revisionists has been rejected. 4. At the very outset, learned Counsel for the revisionists submits that he does not want to press this revision on merit and prayed that liberty be given to the revisionists to surrender and apply for bail. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the revisionists shall surrender before the concerned Trial Court within three weeks from today and in case, they apply for bail, the bail application of the revisionists shall be disposed of expeditiously by the Trial Court in accordance with law, after hearing the necessary parties, keeping in view the guidelines as laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773. Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Nitin Sharma Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Ankit Tiwari, Deepak Dubey, G.A. Paranveer And Another .....Revisionist(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) 6. For the period of three weeks from today or till the time of surrender of the revisionists before the concerned Trial Court, whichever is earlier, revisionists shall not be arrested in the above case. 7.
