The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.33601 of 2025, for offence registered under section 47(a) of Excise Act, pending in court of learned ACJM, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the abandoned place, 500 kg jawa mahua and 40 litres of prepared mahua have been seized from the different containers. He also submits that on vague allegations, the name of the petitioner has been taken in the FIR. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the FIR. 5. Considering that the said jawa mahua and the prepared liquor have been recovered from the place which is not of the petitioner, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
