The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to execute a bail bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only); however, the petitioner finds it difficult to execute the bond and produce two sureties. Hence, he prays for modification of the order. 3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with two blood relatives as sureties. 4.
