This Court, while disposing of the writ petition, directed the first respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation regarding the measurement and survey of the properties on its own merits, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the third respondent in the writ petition. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent produced an order dated 18.08.2026 passed by the Tahsildar and submitted that the petitioner’s representation had been duly considered. By the said order, the request was rejected with a direction to approach the office after the disposal of the civil suits which are pending in respect of the subject property. 4. In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and an order dated 18.08.2026 rejecting the request has been passed, the order passed by this Court stands complied with.
