3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner had filed a representation dated 18.06.2026 before the respondents, requesting them for issuance of patta in respect of the subject lands, at Survey Nos.390/1 & 388/1. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation was filed for issuance of patta in respect of two Survey numbers, i.e., S.No.390/1 & 388/1. However, the subject land at Survey No. 388/1 falls under “Meikal Poromboke”, for which no patta will be issued. Hence, he would submit that petitioner’s representation will be considered in respect of Survey No.390/1, which falls under the category of “Gramanatham”. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In the case on hand, the petitioner had filed a representation dated 18.06.2026 before the respondents, requesting them for issuance of patta in respect of the subject lands, at Survey Nos.390/1 & 388/1. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2026, only in respect of Survey No.390/1, and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 9. As far as the request made by the petitioner with regard to the issuance of patta, pertaining to the subject land at Survey No.388/1, which falls under
