ORDER This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse the petitioner’s salary for the period of February 2026 to May 2026 by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 5.6.2026 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Hon’ble Court. 2.The petitioner, a Senior Conductor employed in the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Salem) Ltd., challenges the inaction of the respondents in disbursing his salary and consequential service benefits for the period from February 2026 to May 2026. The transfer order dated 07.01.2026, pursuant to which the petitioner was relieved from his original branch, was set aside by this Court in W.P No.6531 of 2026 by order dated 26.02.2026. Despite the said
order and the petitioner’s repeated requests to rejoin duty, the respondents refused to permit him to resume service until 25.05.2026, on the ground that the uploaded copy of the order of this Court had not been produced. The delay in uploading the order was beyond the control of the petitioner. Nevertheless, the petitioner has been denied salary for the intervening period. The petitioner thereafter submitted a representation dated 05.06.2026 seeking the release of his withheld salary and all consequential monetary and service benefits. However, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
