There is no representation for the petitioner. 4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has been incarcerated since 12.06.2026. He further submitted that the petitioner has three previous cases including one case under NDPS Act and one case under 302 IPC and one robbery case. Hence, he opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner. 5. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case; taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side); considering the totality of the circumstances and upon the fact that the petitioner has three previous cases pending against him including one case under NDPS Act, one robbery case and one case under 302 IPC, this Court is of the view that it is not appropriate to consider the bail application of the petitioner.
