Brown, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that there is a delay of 945 days in filing the appeal against the conviction of the applicant under Section 6 of the POCSO Act. Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Addl. PP, Assam submits that he has got no objection to the delay being condoned. On considering the grounds of delay and keeping in view the submissions of the learned counsels for the parties, we find that sufficient cause for the delay has been made out.
