With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, this case is heard finally. 2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or direction to the respondent no. 01, 02, 03 & 04 to decide the representation of petitioner for release of retiral dues of deceased husband of the petitioner i.e. family pension, gratuity, Amount of GPS, GIS, Leave encashment, arrears and other benefits in accordance with law within the period of 60 days. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merit and only seeking a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and take decision on pending representation Annexure P-7 dated 01.01.2026 at the earliest within specified time frame 4. Learned counsel for the State submit that she is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3 / 3 5. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider and take decision on representation submitted by petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
