In view of the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner/appellant is permitted to effect service on the second respondent by way of publication in one issue of ‘Thinamalar’ Tamil Daily, Chennai edition, specifying the date of hearing as 27.08.2026.
