Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- “Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction the respondents, commanding them to forthwith consider and decide the petitioner’s representation dated 17.02.2026 as per Paras 5.4 Comprehensive Guiding Principles- 2013 and the compassionate grounds arising from the medical exigencies of the petitioner’s specially abled minor son, within a time bound manner.” 2. Learned Additional Advocate General informs the Court that one post of TGT (Non-Medical) is lying vacant at GSSS Bharada, Education Block Kalhel, Tehsil Churah, District 2 Chamba, H.P. Because, the prayer of the petitioner is for her adjustment at the said station and in light of the fact that the petitioner has a special child, who is just four months old, the respondents are directed to order the posting of the petitioner as TGT (Non-Medical) at GSSS Bharada, Education Block Kalhel, Tehsil Churah, District Chamba, H.P., within a period of two weeks. 3.
