The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that NBW was issued on the petitioner on 27.04.2026 and he was arrested on the same day itself. He further submitted that recall of warrant is also pending before the learned Additional District Judge No.IV, Ponneri and the hearing date is 20.08.2026 and charge sheet also filed in this case in SC.No.331 of 2026. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the Petitioner. 4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that for the same relief of recall of warrant, a similar petition is pending in Crl.MP.No.53 of 2026 before the learned learned Additional District Judge No.IV, Ponneri and the hearing date is 20.08.2026 . 5.
