The applicant has filed this application for condonation of delay of 218 days in filing the restoration application. The conditional order was passed to remove the office objections i.e. to supply the certified copies of the judgment. Due to oversight the it was not noticed by the learned Counsel for the applicant and, therefore, the office objections were not removed and there is delay of 218 days. Considering the reasons given in the application, delay is condoned subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur, bearing Account No. 129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978.
