When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that, although the appellant/husband had preferred the present appeal aggrieved by the order and decree passed by the Court below, he is no longer interested in prosecuting the appeal. 3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, and there being no intention on the part of the appellant to pursue the matter any further, this Court is of the considered view that the appeal is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. 4. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
