Heard both sides. Perused the records. 3. This is essentially a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents with respect to running of a quarry. This Court cannot deal with such disputes in exercise of its writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India. It is always open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court against the private parties and obtain an order of injunction.
