The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanbad Cyber PS Case No.27 of 2021, for offence registered under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of IPC and section 66(C) and 66(D) of I.T. Act, 2000, pending in court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused namely Deepak Mandal has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.8905 of 2021 in identical situation by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He next submits that the petitioner was not present on the spot and the allegations are made against the petitioner that the petitioner has fled away from the spot and as such the petitioner may kindly be granted anticipatory bail. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the 2026:JHHC:10756 2 case is arising out of cyber crime and in view of that prayer for anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid in identical situation by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the allegations are made against the petitioner that the petitioner has fled away from the spot, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
