According to petitioner, he was engaged as daily wager for discharging duties as ‘gardener’ in Culture Department of the State w.e.f. 01.09.2010 after due permission from State Government, and he is serving in that capacity continuously ever since then. 3. Grievance raised by petitioner is that neither he is being paid minimum of pay scale nor his case for regularisation is considered. 4. In this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the competent authority to regularise his service and also to grant him minimum of pay scale. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation on 06.04.2026; however, he may be permitted to make fresh representation highlighting his grievance and competent authority be directed to take decision thereupon. 6. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if writ petition is disposed of in terms of prayer made by petitioner’s counsel. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting petitioner to make fresh representation. 8. If he makes representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by competent authority, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter.
