2. The writ petition is filed questioning the sale notice dated 12.10.2022. It is submitted that the sale did not take place, as such, the writ petition has become infructuous. Considering the fact that the sale had not taken place, hence nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
3. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER
i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the
