The learned senior counsel further submitted that he may be allowed to file an objection to the connected Cril. Rev. Petn. after incorporating such amendment. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this court is of the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to allow the amendment as proposed at Para.
