Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2025 in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2025, Sessions Trial No. 511 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge IX, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he has killed his mother. However, it is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that the sister of the petitioner is the informant of the case and there is direct allegation against the petitioner. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the direct allegation against the petitioner that he has killed his mother, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail.
