The Registry has dismissed the appeal as the office objections were not removed. The office objections were regarding supply of certified copies of the judgment. 2. The learned Counsel for the applicants has stated that the record in the trial Court was not traceable and, therefore, certified copies were not received and, therefore, there is delay of 299 days. Considering the reasons given in the application, delay is condoned subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur, bearing Account No. 129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978.
