Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. The conditions imposed by this court on the petitioners are very substantial conditions and hence this court is not inclined to modify the same. 4. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent has submitted that till date, these petitioners have not complied with the conditional order of this court dated 31.07.2026 5. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. 6. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, time is further extended till 28.08.2026 to comply with the order of this court dated 31.07.2026.
