Also heard Mr A Gayan, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 4 and 5, Mr S Das, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr U Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 3. 2. The instant case was sent for mediation and the mediator, after hearing all the parties, had submitted a report stating, inter alia, that the parties have agreed for a settlement and a draft settlement was handed over to the parties for signature. It is also stated therein that the petitioner and other claimants amicably agreed to distribute amongst themselves, the retirement benefits of the deceased husband/father as the case may be. 3. The learned counsel for the parties have stated before this Court that the draft Page No.# 3/3 settlement has been signed by the parties concerned. By the said report, the mediator has also furnished the mediation settlement agreement between the parties, wherein signatures are seen of both the parties. 4. In view of the same, the instant case is closed with a liberty to the parties concerned to file necessary applications before this Court, if any cause of action arises. 5. The matter is disposed of.
