The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of the Insurance Company has been changed from Future General India Insurance Company Limited to Generali Central Insurance Company Limited, with effect from 30.07.2025 to that effect, Company Registration Certificate has been enclosed herewith for the reference of this Court vide CIN-No.U66030MH2006PLC165287 and seeks to change the name of the Insurance Company as aforesaid in the cause title. 2.
