2. The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-3, in terms whereof, Corrigendum dated 18.04.2026 in respect of Serial No.10 therein stands withdrawn. Today, when the case was taken up for consideration, Mr. Ranbir Singh Chauhan, learned Counsel, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.4 and he submits that respondent No.4 has no objection in case the petition is allowed and Annexure P-3 dated 20.04.2026 is quashed and set aside and status quo ante is ordered to be maintained as it existed before the issuance of the impugned transfer order. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. In light of the statement so made by learned Counsel for respondent No.4, Annexure P-3 dated 20.04.2026 is quashed and set aside and respondents are directed to implement Annexure P-2, dated 20.04.2026.
4. The petition stands disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
