According to the petitioner, the vehicle was seized on the ground of non-payment of road tax. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far. 5. The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the respondent will consider the petitioner’s representation dated 13.05.2026 in accordance with law within the time prescribed by this Court. 6. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 13.05.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
