Petitioner has filed Original Suit No. 43 of 2025 seeking permanent injunction wherein he has moved an application for temporary injunction being paper no. 6C2 but the same is still pending. 4. The relief as sought appears to be innocuous. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to learned Civil Judge (JD), Doiwala, District Dehradun to decide application for temporary injunction being paper no. 6C2 filed in Original Suit No. 43 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a month from date of production of certified copy of this order.
