Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Kh. Maria, learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants and Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. for the State respondent. [2] By the present application, the petitioners/applicants prayed for impleading Kh. Kunjarani Devi and Th. Priyabati Devi as respondent Nos. 7 & 8 in WP(C) No. 445 of 2026, as they are inadvertently left out from the array of parties as respondents. It is submitted that the relief is prayed for against these two persons and they will be necessary parties. [3] Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. for the State respondent, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants. [4] This Court has perused the materials on record. Since the proposed respondent Nos. 7 & 8 are to be affected if the writ petition is decided in favour of the petitioners, they are necessary party in WP(C) No. 445 of 2026. [5] Accordingly, MC(WP(C) No. 517 of 2026 is allowed. Kh. Kunjarani Devi and Th. Priyabati Devi are impleaded as respondent Nos. 7 & 8 in WP(C) No. 445 of 2026. [6] Registry is directed to do necessary incorporation. Petitioners are directed to file amended memo of parties in the main petitioner, i.e., WP(C) No. 445 of 2026. [7] Issue notice to newly impleaded respondent Nos. 7 & 8. [8] Petitioners are directed to take step within one week and file affidavit of proof of service. [9] List this case on 24.08.2026.
